Refund policy
We prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. If you find any issues with the products received, please read our returns policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If an error is found to be on our part, the product will be replaced at our expense. To start a return, you can contact us at airbornex.shop@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Return Address: Any returns should be sent to our designated facility. Upon receipt of a returned shipment, you will be notified via email. Items that are unclaimed for 30 days following our notification will be donated to charity.

Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, resulting in the product being returned to our facility, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs after providing and confirming an updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments: If shipments are unclaimed and returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Returned by Customer: We recommend customers contact us before initiating any returns. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse. Any returns, size exchanges, or other adjustments will be at your discretion and expense.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Due to health or hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of certain sealed goods once they have been opened.

Notification for EU Consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU:
- The right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Governing Language: This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, irrespective of any translations that might be created.
